location is close to the centre of Paarl, walking distance to the main street. The bedroom suite was beautiful & staff were all friendly & helpful without exception. The premises are superbly decorated & you are really made to feel like a special guest.

The staff at this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL! I have travelled the world and I have NEVER experienced service and care like I did here. They were always friendly, attentive and helpful, from the reception staff, to the waiters to the cleaning staff. Our room was beautiful and bed comfortable. The food was amazing and Chef Kevin Grobler such a lovely person. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and everything was superb. Will definitely be back and would recommend it for anyone spending time in Paarl. Great break away.

The hotel was really lovely and provided us with everything we needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We did not want to leave! We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The hotel is in a beautiful location amidst the vineyards, spectacular views, glorious rooms and facilities, manicured gardens, everything is truly exceptional. Phenomenal breakfast, beautifully presented, excellent choices including locally sourced products and food items unique to South Africa. Excellent dining on the front porch overlooking beautiful Paarl Valley. Perfect service. Thank You!

Absolutely beautiful gardens and lovely facilities. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful with details on the area, seasonal weather, reasons to move there, etc. very satisfied.

Rooms are very spacious with separate lounge area, TV’s in both bedroom and lounge. Patio with gorgeous views of the Paarl mountains Bathroom is spacious, comfortable, and has underfloor heating.. so beautiful in Winter! Special treats in the evening, very comfortable tea/ coffee facilities
